  • Who is this for:

    • I am often worried about meeting basic needs and don’t always reach them.

    • I have debt that keeps me from meeting my needs.

    • I am working through survival credit card debt.

    • I am unable to add to my savings or create savings.

    • I have very limited expendable income/qualify for government assistance programs.

    • I send money to my family when able.

    • I rent low-income housing or have unstable housing.

    Cost: $50 per Session

  • Who is this for:

    • I may stress about meeting my needs sometimes, but I normally achieve them.

    • I have some debt, but it does not keep me from meeting my basic needs.

    • My debt may include student loans, and most people in my family have higher education.

    • I have some savings.

    • I can take a vacation annually or every few years.

    • I have some extra income: I am able to have some new items and some thrifted.

    • My family has some assets, like owning a home. My housing is stable.

    Cost: $85 per Session

  • Who is this for:

    • I am able to meet all of my primary needs.

    • I may have some debt, but it does not prohibit my needs or most of my wants.

    • I have access to savings.

    • I can afford a vacation and/or take time off without financial burden.

    • I have expendable income.

    • My family has investments and/or property assets.

    • Someone else contributes to my rent, mortgage, or down-payment.

    • I own my home and/or rent a higher-end property.

    • I have or anticipate inheriting property.

    • I own or lease a car.

    Cost: $125 per Session

  • Options for 2+ Participants in Sessions:

    • Tier 1- $30 per Participant

    • Tier 2- $50 per Participant

    • Tier 3- $100 per Participant

  • In order to provide equitable options, we request potential client participation in deciding your tier of contribution. Prices are set due to a number of factors while prioritizing accessibility. These factors include:

    • Market price for nutrition sessions

    • Unpaid hours of labor in running my own business

    • Costs to be able to make nutrition-behavior changes

    • Cost of education to be able to provide services
